Commercial Administrator - Apprentice

The UK’s leading Local TV network, is recruiting for a Commercial Administrator - Apprentice based in our Head Office in Leeds.   You will fully support the business development/commercial teams in day to day operations.

Main Purpose of the Job:

As part of the UK’s leading City TV network of television channels, you will work closely with our Head of Commercial Operations offering support to our teams in administrative duties.  We are looking for someone that can support and assist with duties, from maintenance of our internal CRM system, producing reports and analysis and conducting regular checks to ensure that work is produced to a high standard.  You will also assist with providing accurate industry compliant campaign booking forms and communicating key information to relevant teams/departments.It’s a varied role and an exciting opportunity to become a pivotal member of the team who keeps the cogs turning day-to-day.

Applicants will need a minimum 3 GCSE’s C/4 and above including maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)

Training to follow the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard

You will undertake the Apprenticeship in Business Administration which is completed in the workplace with the support and guidance of a fully qualified assessor from Total Training Provision.
